BCG Expands Riyadh Office to Support Saudi Arabia’s Next Phase of Growth and Transformation

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has announced the expansion of its Riyadh office, adding space and headcount to serve growing client demand across Saudi Arabia. The expansion is a visible expression of BCG’s long-term commitment to the Kingdom, where the firm has served clients since 2008 and opened its first Riyadh office in 2015. What began in 2008 has since grown into a team of more than 350 consultants who have delivered over 2,000 projects across the sectors central to the Kingdom’s transformation and, in 2026, an expanded office to support Saudi Arabia’s next phase of growth. Saudi Arabia remains a long-term priority market for BCG. As the market evolves, including changes in the pace and mix of government spending, the firm is adapting responsibly while continuing to invest in Saudi talent, local capabilities, and its presence in the Kingdom.
The expanded office significantly increases BCG’s footprint in Riyadh, adding capacity for the firm’s growing team alongside new collaboration spaces designed around how consultants and teams now work together. It combines AI-enabled meeting and working environments, sustainability features in line with the firm’s environmental commitments, and design elements that draw on Saudi culture and the character of Riyadh, creating a workplace built to support new ways of working and BCG’s next phase of growth in the Kingdom.
