Huawei Cloud AI Summit Accelerates Saudi Arabia’s Intelligent Transformation with Full-Stack Agentic AI Innovation

At the Huawei Cloud AI Summit dedicated to the next frontier of artificial intelligence, Huawei Cloud brought together technology leaders, innovators, and partners to explore how cloud and AI are driving the Kingdom’s intelligent transformation. The event underscored a shared commitment to building a robust, secure, and localized AI foundation that elevates enterprise efficiency and fuels sustainable economic growth.

Opening the summit, Hugo Hu, CEO of Huawei Cloud Saudi Arabia, shared on the growth of Huawei Cloud and how the company serves as the foundation of enterprise agentic AI, providing abundant AI compute resources to suit enterprise AI needs.

To help enterprises scale these technologies, Hugo detailed the company’s full-stack AI infrastructure. Central to this is the Agentic AI Infrastructure—a new paradigm driving efficient token factories, continuous learning, and secure autonomy. Leveraging the local Riyadh Region infrastructure, Huawei Cloud provides enterprises with low latency model reasoning capabilities via local AI servers, alongside model incremental learning through localized AI clusters. Furthermore, the infrastructure is fully equipped to enable enterprises to conduct comprehensive model pre-training.

A major highlight of the event was Hugo’s official launch of Huawei Cloud MaaS (Model as a Service) and token service in Saudi Arabia, which provides the local market access to state-of-the-art open-source models such as DeepSeek, GLM, MiniMax, and others. In line with this rollout, MiniMax outlined its strategic vision for delivering world-leading AGI in collaboration with Huawei Cloud. MiniMax demonstrated this capability through its M3 model which outperformed all other models to rank highest on the SVG benchmark.

As intelligent agents continue to penetrate various industries, they have quickly become a key driver of modern productivity. Tapping into this shift, CodeArts provides two distinct programming models: “vibe coding” for individual developers and specification-driven programming tailored for enterprise R&D.

This paradigm shift was showcased by Dyna.Ai through its Arabic inbound and outbound AI voice agent for industry call centers, proving how localized AI boosts customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, DeiNai highlighted its full-stack collaboration with Huawei, showcasing its versatile AIGC video solutions and Creator Marketing AI Agent to serve Saudi enterprise and government entities.

Following these showcases, Ali Abdullah Aldubaikhi, VP of Huawei Cloud Saudi Arabia, shed light on Huawei Cloud’s role as a trusted strategic partner for local enterprises. Holding a Class C certification from the Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST)—the highest tier for cloud providers in Saudi Arabia—Huawei Cloud is officially trusted to host critical government workloads and secure data classifications.

Recognizing that a platform is only as strong as its ecosystem, regional IT powerhouse Ejada Systems Company showcased how it designs, builds, and runs complex enterprise solutions on Huawei Cloud’s sovereign technology foundation. This collaboration delivers measurable ROI through enterprise-grade AI that improves decision velocity, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Translating this into real-world impact, the partnership has enabled a government health regulator to achieve smarter national healthcare governance through cloud-powered intelligence. In parallel, it empowers a key financial sector innovator to drive financial innovation via a secure, intelligent cloud infrastructure at scale.

Other key partners also took the stage to highlight how they leverage Huawei Cloud’s platform to bring tangible value to local markets:

  • Baud Telecom Company (BTC) showcased the emdha solution, providing secure, legally binding digital signatures with a non-repudiation advantage.
  • Circles shared its linear pipeline for delivering AI professional services, guiding enterprises from initial research and Huawei Cloud POC testing to final production rollout.

Through full-stack innovation and strong local partnerships, Huawei Cloud demonstrated that the future of AI in Saudi Arabia is already an active, rapidly scaling reality.
