Since 2021, Huawei has consistently ranked first in China’s wrist-worn device market by shipment volume and has held the top spot in the global market multiple times since 2024. The report highlights that Huawei’s sustained leadership is driven by its mature product iteration strategy and a comprehensive product portfolio. In the first half of 2026, Huawei introduced a series of wrist-worn devices tailored to meet the diverse needs of different user groups. These products have garnered strong market feedback and positive user reviews, further cementing the company’s leading position.
Among the standout offerings, the HUAWEI WATCH GT Runner 2 targets serious runners by introducing a first-to-market Marathon mode and a running power metric. Furthermore, in collaboration with legendary athlete Eliud Kipchoge and his team, Huawei launched the HUAWEI WATCH GT Runner 2. For everyday wellness, the HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 Series debuts the Mini-workout feature. This delivers quick, lightweight exercise routines to help users relieve tightness and stay active during short breaks, making it ideal for sedentary lifestyles.
Huawei’s commitment to innovation is further demonstrated by the recent launch of the HUAWEI WATCH 6 Series, HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Series, and HUAWEI WATCH D3, which have undergone comprehensive upgrades in health monitoring, fitness tracking, and smart interactivity. As these new products roll out in the second half of the year, Huawei aims to enhance its smart wearable ecosystem across all usage scenarios, drive industry advancement through technological innovation, and strengthen its leading position in the global market.
