Top industry leaders come together to support launch of Netix Global’s Novus Partner Program, which brings ‘Android Building’ approach to Middle East real estate
Industry stalwarts have welcomed Netix Global BV’s decision to launch its Netix Novus Partner Program, on September 1st, 2021; lauding the region’s leading smart building solutions provider for the initiative. The launch will be held at the Burj Khalifa, and will feature select industry thought-leaders, with online attendees from more than 20 countries joining the proceedings as part of a live-stream, in addition to in-person guests.
Dubai, September 1st, 2021: Netix Global BV, a subsidiary of SB Group International, is organizing an online and physical hybrid event, to launch its Novus Partner Program, on 1st September 2021. The official launch of the partner program will be part of a conference cum launch, with physical attendees gathering at the Burj Khalifa, and delegates from more than 20 countries joining the proceedings online.
The gathering will feature noted experts, opinion-makers, and thought leaders from the building automation industry; marking the beginning of a concerted effort to empower Netix certified partners, with a program designed to create a dynamic ecosystem of service providers, and drive the Brownfield Revolution in open protocol building automation solutions.
In a first for the region, top industry leaders have come together as Platinum Partners, as part of the newly launched Netix Novus program, to lead the Brownfield Revolution that aims to power an android approach to building management. The Novus Partner Program was inspired by the successful implementation of Netix’s solutions in projects handled by ODS Global, a Dubai-based company with a strong connected buildings, smart cities, sustainability, and energy efficiency focus – and now the program’s first Platinum Partner. A company with stellar credentials, ODS has won the maintenance of the Building Management System (BMS) 18 properties and 5 vertical communities by Emaar, across Downtown Dubai and Dubai Creek Harbour. Netix’s retrofit solutions enabled ODS Global to avoid replacing the entire system and help Mazaya save 75% of costs. Netix’s IoT and AI-based open protocol solutions also played a crucial role in ODS Global being awarded a three year maintenance contract for the building automation systems of 24 DAMAC Properties towers; the upgrade and maintenance of 3 Mazaya Towers’ buildings; and system integration projects at the Jafza Convention Centre, the BVLGARI Resort in Jumeirah Bay, the Pullman Hotel, and the Emirates Airlines Staff Accommodation in Dubai.
“A useful analogy for the benefits of the Novus program, in the maintenance space, is the example of premium branded cars, which come with warranty and service contract – for a limited period of time. After these arrangements have expired, the owner goes to the service provider regularly for ongoing maintenance, often having to pay a premium cost. Due to high maintenance cost, the owner ends up selling the car, only to buy a new car with another binding service contract. The alternative to selling the first car would be to find a reputed, alternative service provider, who can continue offering routine maintenance services, at minimum cost. Netix Novus provides this solution in the building automation space”, Sanjeevv explains.
