“See the World In Full”, Geely Display the Canvas of Future Mobilityat the 2023 Riyadh Motor Show
Geely Wallan’s presence at the Riyadh Motor Show showcased innovation and strategic growth for the company. The event was marked by the global unveiling of their electric vehicle (EV), the E8, and the introduction of the all-new Preface and the Emgrand Methanol, signifying a leap into advanced EV technology and sustainable mobility solutions.
The E8, revealed for the first-time outside China, embodies Geely’s commitment to sustainable mobility. It features a 665 km range, a dual motor capable of 0 to 100 km/h in 3.49 seconds, and an 800V fast charging system. The luxurious interior has a 45-inch 8K display, merging comfort with high technology.
The all-new Preface sets new standards in its segment with a 2800mm wheelbase, 13.2-inch central display, 12 Infinity Speakers, and a 2.0TD 7DCT engine powering it, blending its luxury with performance.
Geely’s participation at the Riyadh Motor Show was also highlighted with the introduction of the company’s new identity, “See the World in Full,”, which is set to be officially unveiled soon, reflecting an exciting direction for the company. Also highlighted was the reveal of the Emgrand Methanol Hybrid for the first time outside of China. This genius automotive vehicle, with its pioneering eco-friendly technology, is a key part of this vision, representing a stride towards a more comprehensive and responsible approach in the automotive world.
In addition to the vehicle launches, Geely Wallan’s presence at the Riyadh Motor Show was marked by the signing of two key Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs). The first MOU was signed with Yelo, a leading car rental company in Saudi Arabia, signifying a partnership to supply Geely’s Geometry C electric vehicles to Yelo’s fleet. These MOUs underscore Geely Wallan’s commitment to expanding its footprint and aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 for sustainable development. Following the significant MOU between Al Wallan Trading and Yelo for supplying Geely’s Geometry C electric vehicles, the second significant MOU was with Theeb, marking another regional strategic alliance for Geely Wallan.
