The appointment reinforces the company\u2019s confidence in the Gulf\u2019s evolving healthcare ecosystem and the UAE\u2019s growing role as a strategic centre for medical research, innovation, and partnership-led growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this role, Mr. Kalyan will oversee Novo Nordisk\u2019s operations across the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Yemen. He will focus on strengthening healthcare partnerships, advancing innovation, and improving outcomes for patients living with chronic diseases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mr. Kalyan commented: \u201cThe Gulf markets hold real potential and are exceptionally well positioned to lead the next phase of healthcare transformation.
