The debut store at Mall of the Emirates, Dubai in early 2026, will mark Pacsun\u2019s first international expansion outside the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pacsun is a purpose-driven brand founded in 1980, that has become a cultural cornerstone for the next generation, building community at the intersection of fashion, music, art, and sport.
