There will also be a gym and pool, with public memberships available, along with a selection of food and beverage outlets. Construction is expected to begin 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Located close to King Salman Park, <em>Cheval Maison \u2013 Sulaymaniya<\/em> will join Cheval Collection\u2019s growing Middle East portfolio, which currently comprises &nbsp;Cheval Maison \u2013 The Palm Dubai, which opened in 2023, Cheval Maison \u2013 Expo City Dubai, which opened in March this year, and Cheval Ladun Living \u2013 also owned by Ladun Investment Company \u2013 which is under construction and slated to open in 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mohammed Alawadhi, Managing Director, Cheval Collection<\/strong>, said: \u201cWe are delighted to partner with Ladun Investment Company again, combining their local knowledge with our expertise on this outstanding new project.
