SBR<\/a><\/strong> is a Saudi startup founded by Saleh Baarmah and Hamzah Bawazir, which will be participating in this year’s Seamless taking place at Riyadh Front from November 17 to 19, during which they will be signing partnerships and participating in a talk titled\u2018The New Era of Candidate Evaluation\u2019<\/em> on November 19 at 13:05.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SBR was created to facilitate HR activities such as recruitment – built using focused AI intel, SBR brings efficacy and efficiency to the hiring process, reducing biases and the time it takes companies to acquire the right talent. Recent research from various sources shows that nepotism is widespread in the workplace around the world, with more than 60 % of people having a job due to a personal connection or through a contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SBR\u2019s technology focuses on objectivity, enabling a fair and equitable hiring process, promoting fairness, and ensuring that companies get the right talent with the proper skill set that matches their needs. In the long run, this means the company improves its reputation and performance and becomes legally compliant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SBR plans to expand its footprint across the GCC and the Middle East once it establishes a strong foothold in Saudi Arabia, recently signing an MOU with Saudi consulting firm Al Diriyah Solutions during BIBAN 25, and is looking to sign more partnerships during its participation at this year\u2019s Seamless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
