The first A321neo featuring the NSG Skywaves\u00ae solution is expected to enter service in Q1 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wirush Theparak, Head of Customer Experience and Product at Thai Airways International said: \u201cAt Thai Airways, enhancing the customer journey is central to our strategy.
