As part of its long-standing commitment to corporate citizenship, Samsung proudly celebrates this month through its flagship initiative Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC) that is transforming learners into leaders across the Kingdom\u2019s growing technology landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since its launch in 2019, Samsung has remained steadfast in promoting gender inclusivity within the Samsung Innovation Campus \u2014 ensuring that Saudi women consistently represent no less than 40% of participants, and in some cohorts, up to 60%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This commitment reflects Samsung\u2019s belief that true innovation thrives when opportunity is shared equally, giving women an equal seat and an active voice in building the Kingdom\u2019s digital future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018No one starts confident. We all start unsure, confused, and sometimes scared of \u201cnot being good enough.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But once you take the first step, you realize that tech is not about perfection, it\u2019s about curiosity and trying again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you give yourself a chance, you might discover a version of you that you\u2019ll be proud of. The Samsung Innovation Campus honestly made the journey feel lighter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The environment is friendly and motivating, I look forward to each session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It feels like a space where I can grow confidently without fear of being judged. That support and atmosphere made a huge difference\u2019 are words by Mudhawi Alshiha, one of the 200 SIC participants in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the heart of SIC lies innovation \u2014 a cutting-edge AI curriculum delivered by Samsung that empowers Saudi youth with the skills, creativity, and confidence to lead in one of the world\u2019s most transformative sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond technical training, the program cultivates critical thinking and collaboration, inspiring participants to design solutions that combine global excellence with local purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This dedication to opportunity ensures that every participant, regardless of gender, is equipped for the fast-changing job market and ready to pursue meaningful careers in AI and emerging technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By bridging learning with real-world application, SIC prepares students not only for the workforce but to become contributors and innovators in Saudi Arabia\u2019s digital economy. \u2018Learning AI has been a defining milestone in my journey. It allowed me to merge creativity with innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through AI, I discovered that technology is not just about code; it\u2019s a language of culture, emotion, and meaningful impact,\u2019 shared Rahaf Faiz about her experience with SIC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The impact of the program is reflected in the stories of its graduates \u2014 particularly Saudi women \u2014 who have developed new skills, confidence, and aspirations through an immersive, hands-on learning journey.
