Among the speakers, Corrado Di Bari, Developer Evangelist, Microservices & AI at Oracle Global Services in Italy, has more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology and is currently focused on AI Microservices platform development with the Oracle Database. He will share his vision for \u2018supercharging mobile GenAI with a low-code platform for backend knowledge agents.\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\nLending added depth to the discussion is John Lathouwers, a Developer Evangelist at Oracle, helps developers harness Oracle Database technology with a focus on microservices and AI. With over 20 years of experience as an Oracle DBA, he partners with developers to drive innovations in DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The session is part of the GovAI Summit, a dedicated workstream at the Mobile Developers Week exploring the profound impact of artificial intelligence and mobile technologies on public services, governance, and citizen engagement throughout the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Speaking at the Droidcon Abu Dhabi stream is Evgenii Matsiuk, a Staff Software Engineer at X and an Android Google Developer Expert with a 15-year track record. He is the co-author of Kaspresso, a popular Android testing framework, which has made a significant impact on mobile development. He will address the session on, \u2018Entrepreneurship for Engineers: How to Launch Your Own Company.\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\nKamal Shree is a Senior Developer Advocate at Microsoft and a Google Developer Expert in Flutter & Dart with 14 years of experience in Web Technologies, Android, Flutter, HarmonyOS and Microsoft M365. Also addressing the Droidcon stream, she will share her insights on \u2018No Wi-Fi, No Problem: Offline AI in Flutter\u2019.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\nAddressing the GovAI stream, Dr Kubilay Ahmet K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck,<\/strong> a computer scientist who spent ten years at Oxford University in various research positions focusing on systems security, will talk about \u2018Next Generation Infrastructure Transformation with Cpp.js Native Framework<\/em>.\u2019 He is the author of the \u201cConfidential Remote Computing\u201d paradigm and has received grants from Intel Corporation for his TEE-related research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\u201cThe conversations we\u2019re enabling at MDW 2025 go beyond demos,\u201d said Fahed Aldeeb, CEO of OMNES Technologies. \u201cWe are bringing together high-profile speakers who are shaping the next wave of mobile innovation, and we are providing an environment where collaboration translates into tangible outcomes for the UAE, the broader region and global developers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
