This acquisition comes as part of the Group\u2019s expansion plans and strategy to provide comprehensive, high-quality healthcare, reaffirming its position as one of Saudi Arabia\u2019s most trusted dental service providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This milestone marks a significant step in the Group\u2019s journey to expand its market share and support its strategy as it celebrates its 70th anniversary. Through this acquisition, Magrabi Health becomes the majority stakeholder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The acquisition aims to expand Magrabi\u2019s dental services network to 400 chairs within the next two years, reflecting the Group\u2019s commitment to sustainable growth and enhancing the quality of patient care across the Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Located in Jeddah, UniDents houses 18 advanced dental chairs operated by a team of highly skilled Saudi professionals. These will be integrated into Magrabi Health\u2019s growing network, enhancing its ability to deliver specialized, world-class dental care to patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On this occasion, Mr. Mutasim Alireza, Chief Executive Officer of Magrabi Health, said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis acquisition is a pivotal step toward developing the concept of integrated healthcare in the region.
