The latest investment includes&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/partners.salesforce.com\/pdx\/s\/learn\/article\/agentforce-for-partner-community-MCYJWGSJ3PRBAG7ABSTWDE3NWFLI?language=en_US\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Agentforce for Partner Community<\/a>, an AI agent embedded in \u200cSalesforce\u2019s Partner Community experience that provides 24\/7 conversational support grounded in technical and program knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Boosting partner efficiency with conversational AI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Launched in late March 2025, Agentforce for Partner Community elevates Salesforce\u2019s service for partners of all sizes, allowing them to benefit from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Self-service access to information:<\/strong>\u00a0The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/uk\/agentforce\/ai-agents\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AI agent<\/a>\u00a0provides quick answers to common questions from Partner Community visitors, reducing the need to log cases and saving time searching for information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tailored responses based on partner record:\u00a0<\/strong>Because Agentforce is grounded in CRM data on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/uk\/data\/?d=cta-body-promo-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Data Cloud<\/a>,the agent will be able to provide instant insights, including personalized responses based on partner program level, scorecard data, benefits, certifications, and tiering \u2014 eliminating guesswork and saving time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Automation of Trial Org requests:\u00a0<\/strong>Partners can easily initiate Trial Org extensions by asking the AI agent: \u201cCan I extend a Trial Org?\u201d The AI agent will then gather the required information to determine eligibility, create a case, and complete the action to extend the Trial Org. This feature improves accuracy in handling requests and delivers quicker resolution times.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Salesforce as \u201ccustomer zero\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agentforce for Partner Community reflects Salesforce\u2019s broader \u201ccustomer zero\u201d approach \u2014 using its own products at scale to test, improve, and prove value before taking them to market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salesforce first deployed Agentforce on its own Salesforce Help and Salesforce.com sites to provide 24\/7 AI-powered support. Since launching in October of 2024, the platform has handled&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/blog\/support-requests-agentforce\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">over 1 million customer conversations<\/a>, resolving more than 84% of questions autonomously. This has significantly reduced costly human escalations and improved response times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salesforce\u2019s internal use of Agentforce goes far beyond customer support.
