He brings extensive experience in leadership across sales, marketing, ethics and compliance, and business transformation. His appointment comes at a pivotal time as Lilly deepens its partnerships in KSA\u2019s rapidly transforming healthcare ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Commenting on his appointment, Abdelrahman said:<\/strong> &#8220;It is a privilege to lead Lilly\u2019s operations in Saudi Arabia at such a transformative time in the Kingdom\u2019s healthcare journey. By accelerating access to breakthrough therapies, advancing scientific collaboration, and investing in local capabilities, we aim to make meaningful contributions to advance health outcomes for the people of this country and the wider region.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mostafa most recently served as Associate Vice President of International Marketing Capabilities in the International Business Unit of Lilly in the United States, where he led transformative initiatives in omnichannel engagement and the application of artificial intelligence to enhance customer interactions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His leadership has driven meaningful innovation across key Lilly international markets, including Japan, China, and Europe. He is also widely recognized for his inclusive leadership approach. Mostafa holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in pharmaceutical science from Cairo University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lilly\u2019s presence in KSA has grown significantly in recent years. The company is continuing to build strategic collaborations with leading health institutions.
