Heading the Middle East and Africa business for Intel<\/a><\/strong>, Eng. Taha Khalifa is an accomplished leader with over two decades of experience and is responsible for overseeing the execution of Intel\u2019s strategy across a diverse ecosystem of customers, partners, OEM\u2019s and distributors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

His role as General Manager for the Middle East and Africa also includes aligning with governments and industry leaders to advance the region\u2019s ICT capabilities and corporate social responsibility efforts, in addition to assuming a range of senior engineering, strategic planning, sales and management roles inside the company in both the US and EMEA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eng. Taha joined Intel\u2019s US operations 23 years ago and has since held a variety of pivotal engineering, marketing, and management positions, including Client Computing Group Sales Director for Intel in EMEA, Regional General Manager for Intel in the MENA region, Regional Director for the Reseller Channel Organization (RCO) in the MENA region, and Lead Business Development Manager in the Telecommunication Industry in EMEA Emerging Markets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

His achievements include leading the execution of Intel’s client strategy and growth in the commercial segment, managing six offices across the region from Morocco, Algeria, Egypt, Lebanon, to Saudi Arabia and the UAE, driving the sales operations of the technology business, and building key relationships with resellers and distributors across the region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eng. Taha’s leadership has helped redefined the technology landscape in the MENA region and his efforts has helped drive key projects to fruition such as Intel\u2019s World Ahead vision in the Education, Telco, Digital Health, and Accessibility sectors.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eng. Taha received his bachelor\u2019s degree in computer engineering from Alexandria University, Egypt, in 1991. He holds a master\u2019s degree in computer science from Dundee University, UK, and an MBA from Arizona State University (ASU), USA, 2005. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
