Kaspersky Opens Applications for its Cybersecurity Talent Development and Recruitment Program in Saudi Arabia

Riyadh, First Gulf Tech
Kaspersky announces the launch of its Cyber Generation talent development program in Saudi Arabia, an initiative designed to support fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in building careers in the cybersecurity industry. Participants from Saudi Arabia can register for the program on the cybergeneration.kaspersky.com.
“The Cyber Generation program is designed to introduce Saudi graduates to the cybersecurity industry and provide them with early exposure to the professional environment at Kaspersky,” said Ara Arakelian, Regional HR Lead for at Kaspersky. “Through this two-week online program, participants will explore the company’s products and business environment, discover potential career paths, and gain foundational knowledge for roles in cybersecurity sales, presales, marketing, and technical support. Participants who successfully complete the program may also receive the opportunity to join Kaspersky on a one-year contract, gaining hands-on experience and further developing their careers in cybersecurity.”
Participants will be able to join one of two dedicated learning tracks during the two-week program starting on May 3: the Sales & Marketing Track, designed for graduates from business, marketing, or sales-related programs interested in commercial roles within the cybersecurity sector, and the Technical Support Track, tailored for graduates with backgrounds in IT, cybersecurity, or related technical disciplines.
“The cybersecurity industry is evolving rapidly, creating strong demand for skilled professionals across both technical and business roles,” said Mohamad Hashem, General Manager for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain at Kaspersky. “With the Cyber Generation program in Saudi Arabia, we aim to provide young Saudi graduates with a structured pathway to explore careers in cybersecurity, gain industry knowledge, and develop the skills needed to succeed in this dynamic sector. By combining learning opportunities with the potential to secure a one-year contract at our local office, the initiative also supports the development of local talent and contributes to the Kingdom’s growing cybersecurity ecosystem.”
Saudi graduates interested in participating in the program can register and submit their applications online through the Cyber Generation platform. Selected candidates will gain access to online learning modules and live workshops designed to introduce them to the cybersecurity industry and prepare them for career opportunities with Kaspersky.
