MBSC Executive Education Highlights Evolving Role of Leadership in Saudi Arabia’s Transformation

Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship (MBSC) Executive Education is spotlighting how leadership is evolving across the Kingdom, shaped by Vision 2030 momentum and a clear shift toward practical, decision ready learning.

Over the past year, MBSC Executive Education delivered more than 160 programs of professional learning programs designed to support leaders navigating complex change. To date, MBSC’s Executive Education community includes 3,500+ alumni contributing across public and private sector organizations, supported by expanding partnerships with Saudi institutions.

MBSC Executive Education also reported reaching 92% of participating leaders were at a managerial level or higher, reflecting growing demand for leadership development that is grounded in applied learning rather than traditional classroom theory.

According to Mrs.Nour Alzahim, Director of Executive Education, leadership learning in Saudi Arabia is undergoing a significant shift.

MBSC Executive Education’s approach is designed to translate learning into action. Programs focus on real decision scenarios, leadership judgment, and the practical skills leaders need to deliver outcomes in fast moving environments.

Participant feedback remains strong, overall program satisfaction rated at 4.7 out of 5, and 94% of participants reporting enhanced knowledge and skills aligned with their learning objectives and program goals. One recent participant described the experience as “a truly transformative journey that strengthened my leadership mindset and strategic thinking.
