SBR was created to facilitate HR activities such as recruitment – built using focused AI intel, SBR brings efficacy and efficiency to the hiring process, reducing biases and the time it takes companies to acquire the right talent. Recent research from various sources shows that nepotism is widespread in the workplace around the world, with more than 60 % of people having a job due to a personal connection or through a contact.

SBR plans to expand its footprint across the GCC and the Middle East once it establishes a strong foothold in Saudi Arabia, recently signing an MOU with Saudi consulting firm Al Diriyah Solutions during BIBAN 25, and is looking to sign more partnerships during its participation at this year’s Seamless.
