Chef Mohammed Abdulla — Executive Chef, Founder of Belhambar and Maghlet Belkhams, and a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu — is celebrated as one of Qatar’s foremost culinary ambassadors. Drawing inspiration from his upbringing surrounded by the warmth of traditional home cooking, Chef Mohammed has dedicated his career to preserving and modernizing Qatari cuisine.
His innovative approach masterfully blends classical culinary techniques with authentic local flavors, creating dishes that are both rooted in heritage and elevated for contemporary palates.
In each episode, Chef Mohammed prepares two to three authentic, time-honored recipes while sharing fascinating insights into Qatari customs, festive traditions, and cultural storytelling.
