With deep sorrow and faith in Allah’s will, it has been announced that Mrs. Hawa Mohammed Abdullah Abutaj has passed away after a brief illness. The funeral prayer was held at the Grand Mosque (Al-Masjid Al-Haram) in Makkah, and she was laid to rest in Al-Shara’i Cemetery.
The late Mrs. Hawa Abutaj was approximately 68 years old. She was the sister of the late Teacher Mohammed Al-Awwal (may Allah have mercy on him), and of Teachers Adam, Hamzah, and Rajab, all sons of the late Sheikh Mohammed Abdullah Abutaj (may Allah have mercy on him).
She was the aunt of Captain Amin Mohammed Abutaj and his brothers, and the mother of Ms. Hanan, Ms. Rahmah, and Scout Leader Ms. Khairiya Ali Musa Shuayb, a dedicated member of the Women’s Section of Makkah Youth Scouts at the Neighborhood Centers Association.
The deceased was also the grandmother of Thamer Abrar Al-Rasheed and Hamad, both affiliated with Othman bin Affan Secondary School in Makkah, as well as of Scout Saleh, Cub Scout Ali Barakat Al-Jahdali, Cub Scout Ridha Abutabeekh, and Junior Scout Saqr Al-Jahdali, all members of the Makkah Youth Scouts team under the Neighborhood Centers Association.
She was also the grandmother of Guide Ratil Abdulrahman Abdulrahim Abutabeekh, a member of the women’s scouting team of Makkah Youth Scouts.
Condolences are being received at the family residence in the Zahra Al-Umrah district, behind Rousha Shopping Center, or through social media channels.
The Makkah Youth Scouts Team, under the Neighborhood Centers Association, extends its sincere condolences and deepest sympathy to the family.
We pray that Allah, the Most Merciful, grants the deceased His vast mercy, admits her to His spacious paradise, and blesses her family with patience and solace.
Indeed, to Allah we belong, and to Him we shall return.
