JOALI MALDIVES AND JOALI BEING INVITE FAMILIES TO A SUMMER OF DISCOVERY, CREATIVITY, AND WELLBEING
This summer, JOALI Maldives and JOALI BEING unveil immersive summer camp experiences designed to spark joy, nurture creativity, and bring families together through unforgettable memories. Young explorers are invited to uncover the magic of island life through interactive workshops, nature-based learning and wellbeing-infused adventures that blur the boundaries between play and purpose, available until 31 August 2025.
At JOALI Maldives, the award-winning Muramas Kids Club transforms into a vibrant hub of activity where joy takes centre stage. The Summer Camp 2025 programme encourages kids to dive headfirst into a world of creativity, discovery, and environmental stewardship. Every day brings a fresh adventure, from marine explorations and coral planting with expert biologists to fitness quests, yoga sessions, and junior archery.
Young artists can find their voice in hands-on workshops guided by celebrated international creatives: sculpt wire birds with Benedetta Mori Ubaldini, shape wooden treasures with Andrea Zambelli, and turn recycled materials into wildlife masterpieces with Josh Gluckstein. Meanwhile, Damien Poulain’s geometric artistry inspires cultural expression through colour and design.
But it’s not all about art and science, there’s plenty of fun to be had with movie nights, kite festivals and mixology classes for mini mocktail makers, guided by JOALI’s spirit of Joy of Living.
Over on Bodufushi Island, JOALI BEING, the Maldives’ first wellbeing island presents the B’Kidult Summer Programme: a multi-generational playground that nurtures body, mind, and soul. Inspired by the resort’s Four Pillars of wellbeing – Mind, Microbiome, Skin, and Energy, this unique programme encourages families to reconnect, recharge, and rediscover the joy of learning together.
From yoga and sound healing to eco-science missions and culinary creativity, B’Kidult experiences blend purposeful play with holistic healing. Children can roll dough in cooking classes, learn Muay Thai from expert instructors, and explore coral ecosystems with JOALI BEING’s resident marine biologist. Highlights include the Ace Academy for tennis, the dynamic Fitness Academy, and an empowering football camp that culminates in a family tournament under the tropical sun.
The 2025 edition also welcomes Trevoh Chalobah, centre-back for Chelsea FC and the England National Team, who will be visiting the resort this month to lead two youth football workshops, following his participation in the Club World Cup and his recent England national team call-up. Additionally, an exclusive Padel Champs series will take place from the 13th – 15th August, offering aspiring players world-class coaching from European champions Mari Carmen Villalba Sánchez and Jorge de Benito Fraile. For those seeking a more reflective journey, JOALI BEING offers wellness workshops, from creating botanical self-care products with herbalists to Qi Gong and mindful movement.
Rooted in the signature philosophies of ‘Joie de Vivre’ at JOALI Maldives and ‘Joy of Weightlessness’ at JOALI BEING, both islands are united by a shared ethos that promotes purpose, play, and presence. Whether it’s storytelling under starry skies or sustainability missions that empower young changemakers, every experience is crafted with intention and wonder. Families have the flexibility to design their ideal summer adventure for a journey that balances a joyful escape across generations.
