ManageEngine Hosted Its First User Conference in Saudi Arabia
To Support the Kingdom’s Digital Transformation Journey by Aligning with Vision 2030
ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corporation and a leading provider of enterprise IT management solutions, concluded its inaugural User Conference in Saudi Arabia with resounding success.
The event, which took place on the 4th and 5th of February 2025 at the Riyadh Marriott Hotel in Saudi Arabia, brought together IT professionals, industry experts and ManageEngine customers to discuss the IT needs in the Kingdom and also highlighted ManageEngine’s commitment towards providing enterprise IT management solutions to support the Kingdom in the IT space.
The Digital IT Revolution in Saudi Arabia
The Kingdom’s rapid pace in the IT space shows tremendous promise and has been influenced by Vision 2030 objectives. According to a recent study by PwC, the public cloud market in the Kingdom is projected to reach USD 3.9 billion by 2027, with the rapid transition towards cloud solutions and adopting hybrid models in the Kingdom’s IT infrastructure.
The Kingdom has been currently recognised as one of the fastest growing cybersecurity markets globally, with an expected value of SAR 13.3 billion.

The Inaugural User Conference
The User Conference highlighted the company’s commitment towards supporting the Kingdom with its Vision 2030 objectives in its stride towards digital transformation and maturity. The primary goal was to provide clarity on the company’s objectives for the year ahead while prioritising the needs of the Kingdom’s IT space.
Leadership focused on topics detailing the future of IT management for ManageEngine and how the company will support users on their paths to digital maturity.
Keynote sessions from Dr. Omar Al Omar, CEO and cofounder of CyberCave, and Arwa Alhamad, data and cybersecurity executive, delved deep into explaining the need for better cybersecurity incentives in the Kingdom and why emergent technologies such as AI will power key projects for an exciting future.
The event also offered opportunities for attendees to earn certifications through one-on-one meetings alongside technical workshops and networking opportunities. Panel discussions comprising of tech experts in the Kingdom provided an opportunity to understand about the state of AI and digital transformation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This two-day event was commemorated by the engagement between IT experts, industry leaders, partners, and over 500 customers from different parts of the Kingdom.
Through the keynote presentations, market overview and product demonstrations, the customers benefitted by understanding more about the market trends and key challenges in the Kingdom while also expanding on their knowledge about the products they use and how they can manoeuvre IT bottlenecks with ManageEngine.
