Mr.Hassan Abbas Sharbatly Foundation (HAS) for Community Service And Digitect sign strategic agreement
Saudi Arabia – Jeddah. gulftech – A strategic agreement to cultivate the culture of community services was signed between Hassan Foundation and Digitect.
Mr.Abdulatif Al-Nugali, Secretary of the Board of Trustees, emphasized on the importance of this agreement through choosing success partners whom objectives are aligned with the institution and its programs’. This year, Digitect was chosen to promote the awareness of community services, enhance social responsibility to upgrade social and developmental support level to all classes of the society. This is achieved by partnering with civil institutions, private sector and community events while adhering to the objectives of the 20 programs of the foundation. All of this must be aligned with the Foundation’s strategy of community services, awareness campaigns and guided community programs and in turn with the Kingdom’s vision. The goal is to help solve social issues, support the development of human resources in local communities and increase their productivity to achieve Vision 2030 with the help of development programs, training and qualifying for work, and reinforcing unity and solidarity in our beloved country; fulfil social security and empower economic and social development of lower-class individuals and families to ultimately become productive and efficient members of the society.
The management and Board of Trustees of HAS Foundation are all looking forward to modernizing and achieving a radical change in community service awareness with this recent partnership to position our beloved country where it belongs- the top.
Mr.Youssef Sharbatly, CEO of Digitect, added that partnering with such esteemed institution is driven by solid beliefs that nurturing charity work and community service culture across all social media platforms reinforces unity, solidarity, donation values, and the efficient participation in community service.
HAS Foundation has been offering notable services to the community for the past two decades following strategized approaches that resulted in 11 million social changes up until the end of 2020 when the overall spending reached SAR 700,000,000 to support its 20 programs and achieve community service goals.
Among its notable achievements are building over 40 mosques, the construction and furniture of 18 social, medical, and cultural facilities, offering food baskets to over 1 million persons, distributing over 1 million water packages as part of their Suqia program, and sponsoring the training of over 1000 young male and female to qualify them to work. Meanwhile, HAS Foundation has received more than 309 awards and thank you certificates and gifts from different official affiliations, local and regional community institutions, and esteemed personnel.
