Zuma Welcomes Ramadan with Two Refined Iftar Experiences

This Ramadan, Zuma invites guests to gather at sunset and break their fast with two thoughtfully curated Iftar set menus, designed for sharing and inspired by the restaurant’s signature contemporary Japanese flavours.

Crafted by Zuma’s Head Chef, both menus offer a balanced journey through comforting starters, bold mains and refined desserts. Available throughout Ramadan and served as a set menu for the entire table (minimum of two guests), Zuma’s Iftar experience begins with Eira water, Arabic coffee, and dates.

For those looking to elevate the occasion, the Iftar Tokubetsu Menu offers a premium sharing experience, featuring a selection of Zuma’s most iconic dishes alongside exclusive Ramadan creations.

The menu begins with warming miso soup, followed by a vibrant assortment of starters, from prawn maki and grilled beef skewers to chilli lemon chicken karaage and miso black cod croquettes, balanced with fresh seasonal elements.

For the main course, guests choose one dish per person, with standout options such as marinated lamb chops, ribeye steak, miso-marinated black cod, or spicy beef tenderloin, served with comforting sides including Japanese mushroom rice and steamed rice with sesame and seaweed. The experience concludes with an elegant Ramadan dessert platter, created exclusively for the season.

For a lighter option, the Iftar Osusume Menu presents a well-rounded selection of Zuma favourites, ideal for relaxed group dining. Guests begin with miso soup, followed by an array of signature starters including beef gyoza, Zuma salad, shrimp tempura, spicy chicken maki, and Japanese sweetcorn. Main course choices include salmon teriyaki, yakisoba, roasted baby chicken, or spicy beef tenderloin, served alongside steamed rice as a shared side.
