Resal Brings Together Beauty Industry Experts at “Loyalinks” to Explore the Future of Customer Loyalty
Under the theme “Loyalty That Glows with Beauty,” and with the participation of leading specialists and pioneers in the beauty and wellness sector, Resal organized its fifth Loyalinks meetup last Tuesday evening at White Spaces – Randa Tower in Jeddah. The event comes as part of Resal’s ongoing effort to create a dialogue-driven space that highlights the latest trends and real-world practices in customer loyalty.
The meetup focused on exploring how experience and innovation can transform the relationship between a customer and a brand into a genuine, lasting bond—moving beyond traditional loyalty models.
The event opened with a welcome address by Hanan Zugail, Head of Marketing Communications at Resal, who emphasized the importance of loyalty in a sector built on emotion, beauty, and holistic experience.
This was followed by a presentation from Taha Iqbal, Head of Marketing at Al-Musbah, titled “From Beauty to Experience: How Loyalty Becomes Real Value.” He discussed how brands can craft experiences that resonate with customers and turn loyalty into a meaningful relationship.
