From Canvas to Code: Huawei’s GoPaint Event Empowers a New Generation of Creators
Earlier this year, Huawei unveiled its global digital art initiative, the GoPaint Worldwide Creating Activity 2025, inviting creators from around the world to explore the boundaries of digital expression. Building on this momentum, Huawei hosted a vibrant GoPaint workshop at its Flagship Store in Roshn Front, offering visitors a hands-on experience with its latest creative technologies.
The event featured one prominent tech influencer alongside talented digital painting creator, who engaged with attendees through live demonstrations of the HUAWEI MatePad 12 X and the GoPaint app. Guests explored the tablet’s professional-grade features, learned digital painting techniques, and discovered how Huawei is empowering a new generation of artists.
This workshop marked the beginning of a broader initiative: Huawei stores worldwide will now organize in-store painting activities, allowing consumers to experience digital creation firsthand. These sessions aim to make art more accessible, interactive, and inspiring—whether you’re a seasoned illustrator or simply curious about the creative possibilities of modern tech.
The GoPaint competition, which runs through the end of 2025, continues to attract global submissions across categories like animation, sci-fi art, and narrative illustration. Winners will receive cash prizes, international recognition, and the chance to have their work featured across Huawei’s platforms and merchandise.
Huawei believes that creativity should be accessible to everyone and thus is committed to making creativity a shared experience. Through the annual GoPaint competition and immersive in-store activities and experiences, Huawei is empowering people to explore their artistic potential and connect with a global community of creators.
