International Omani racing driver Al Faisal bin Khalid Al Zubair concluded his current season in the GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS with a remarkable double achievement: he and his Al Manar Racing Team secured the Overall Teams Championship title (for both Sprint and Endurance races) in the Gold Cup class, and finished second overall in the final round of the Endurance Cup at the Barcelona circuit in Spain.

Runner-Up in the Final Challenge and Tenth Podium Finish

In the thrilling final race of the Endurance Cup in Barcelona, the Al Manar trio—comprised of Al Faisal Al Zubair, Germany’s Jens Klingmann, and Britain’s Ben Tuck—driving a BMW M4 GT3 Evo in collaboration with Team WRT, secured second place overall, ahead of 60 participating cars.

This result earned the team their tenth podium finish of the season. They later added a second podium for the same race, taking second place in the Gold Cup class, bringing their total podium count for the season to 11.

Klingmann finished the race in a fierce battle, managing to regain second place overall on the final lap after passing Raffaele Marciello, confirming the success of the team’s strategy.
