Dubai Project Wins International Architecture Gold at 2025 MUSE Design Awards

Boutique developer STAMN scooped the prize for Nautis Residences on Dubai Islands, from more than 12,000 global entries

Nautis Residences, a premium residential development by STAMN, has been awarded Gold for Architectural Design at the 2025 Muse Design Awards.

The international recognition for the project, which occupies a prime location on Dubai Islands, was judged based on design excellence, human-centric philosophy and commitment to sustainability. The stand-out project was recognized from more than 12,000 global entries.

Designed by Horizon Architects, STAMN Nautis Residences integrates wellness as a core philosophy across its architecture and amenities. The project’s award win stems from standout features such as its tranquil swimming pool and palm tree-shaded reading garden, promoting connection to nature amidst Dubai’s fast-paced urban tempo.

Inspired by natural forms like ocean waves and desert dunes, its signature wave-shaped balconies offer not only visual impact but also enhanced shading, privacy, and aesthetic function.

Zheng Jian, CEO of STAMN, commented: “We are honored that the design of Nautis Residences has received this prestigious recognition. Dubai raises the bar for real estate developers and especially on Dubai Islands, projects require innovative and attractive designs to stand out. This healthy competition has pushed our team to present a project that blends functionality with aesthetics, driving long-term appeal and value.”

STAMN Nautis Residences is currently under development, with the project offering 63 homes spaced across eight residential floors. Properties range from one-bed apartments to four-bed townhouses, starting from AED 1.74 million, with 40/60 post-handover payment plans available. The project is set to complete in Q4 2027.
