Held under the patronage of the UAE’s Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), this year’s edition is themed “Shape the Future of Work: People, Purpose, Possibility.” The event brings together over 3,500 global and regional professionals, with a strong focus on engaging HR, talent, and policy leaders from Saudi Arabia to explore forward-thinking strategies aligned with the Kingdom’s national priorities in human capital development and economic diversification.
Her Excellency Ohood bint Khalfan Al Roumi, UAE Minister of State for Government Development and the Future, will inaugurate the conference—underscoring the regional momentum toward building future-ready workforces.
