Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors and EVIQ advance Saudi Arabia’s EV adoption through strategic partnership

BMW Saudi Arabia and EVIQ partner to enhance the Kingdom’s electric vehicle charging network
Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors, the official importer of BMW Group vehicles in Saudi Arabia, showcased their commitment to advancing the Kingdom’s electric vehicle charging infrastructure in a signing ceremony announcing their strategic partnership with EVIQ.
In a signing ceremony held at the BMW showroom in Riyadh’s Sulaymaniyah district, the agreement was formalized between David McGoldrick, Managing Director of Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors, and Mohammad Bakr Gazzaz, CEO of EVIQ, representing a significant milestone in supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 objective for 30% of vehicles in Riyadh to be electric by the year 2030.

EVIQ (Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Company) is a joint venture company between the Public Investment Fund and the Saudi Electric Company (SEC) which supports the adoption of EVs in the Saudi market.
