Back by popular demand, Eats & Beats 2025 by Cool Inc is set to transform VIA Riyadh into a hub of flavor and rhythm on Thursday, February 20th. Following the success of its first edition, this immersive event promises another unforgettable night of gourmet bites, live entertainment, and electrifying performances—all in partnership with Riyadh Season, Visit Saudi, and The Chefz.
Featuring the finest culinary creations from four iconic restaurants—Spago, Raoul’s, Scott’s, and Madeo—guests will embark on a sensory journey through expertly curated dishes, exotic mocktails, and live cooking stations. Set against the luxurious backdrop of VIA Riyadh, the night will also feature over 30 performers, including live bands, DJs, and captivating dancers, making it a feast for both the palate and the soul.
From 8 PM to 1 AM, expect a night brimming with energy, entertainment, and indulgence. Scott’s brings a refined British touch with its Fish and Chips Slider, Ozaki Taco with pomegranate and tahini, and Yellowtail Sashimi with spiced miso dressing, while Raoul’s serves up bold New York flavors with Raoul’s Beef Slider with St. Andre Cheese, Chicken Beignet with Onion Remoulade, and Cauliflower Gratin Tartlets.
Madeo delivers timeless Italian classics, including Melanzane Parmigiana, Penne Madeo tossed in rich tomato sauce, and Risotto Parmigiana with aged Parmigiano Reggiano. Over at Spago, guests can indulge in Spicy Yellowfin Tuna Tartare in Sesame-Miso Cones, Charcoal Grilled Spicy Camel Kebab, and a selection of 12 artisanal ice cream flavors from the dessert cart.
Adding a sweet finale, the dessert stations will feature Salted Caramel Cookies, Pistachio Craquelin, Banana Compote with Dulce Ganache, and Chocolate Fondant with Salted Caramel to ensure a decadent conclusion to an unforgettable evening.

Meanwhile, Spago takes the excitement to new heights with twin DJs spinning tracks, two stunning fire dancers lighting up the night, a mesmerizing water LED drum show, and jaw-dropping acts from aerial artists and contortionists.
Adding to the thrill, roaming performers like stilt walkers and LED dancers will weave through the crowd, ensuring that the ambiance is filled with nonstop energy and entertainment.
