Boehringer Ingelheim Earns Global and Regional Top Employer Recognitions Scoring High in Individual Career Development

For the second consecutive year, Boehringer Ingelheim, one of the world’s leading biopharmaceutical companies, has received a ‘Top Employer’ award for the region during the 2025 edition of the Top Employers Institute awards in recognition of the company’s commitment to professional development and employee wellbeing.
In addition to the regional “Top Employer” award, in the India, Middle East, Turkiye and Africa region, the leading family-owned pharmaceutical company received the ‘Top Employer’ award for the UAE for the fourth consecutive year, KSA for the fifth consecutive year, India for the third consecutive year and Turkiye for the second consecutive year.
