Galaxy AI now supports Arabic with latest update

Samsung Saudi has announced it is adding support for the Arabic language in Galaxy AI, empowering even more Galaxy users in the Middle East to harness the power of mobile AI.
Arabic is one of three new languages included in Samsung’s latest Galaxy AI language pack, adding to the 16 already available. The language pack will be available across applicable Galaxy AI features, such as Live Translate, Interpreter, Chat Assist, Transcript Assist, and more. That means translating live conversations, phone calls, messages, transcripts, and more across even more languages and dialects.
Sami Khairalla, Head of the Mobile Division at Samsung Saudi, said, “We are delighted to announce the launch of Arabic language support into Galaxy AI, a groundbreaking move that positions Samsung as the first brand to offer this feature on mobile devices. This milestone ensures millions of Arabic-speaking users can now enjoy the full AI capabilities in their Samsung devices.”

The new language pack is available now on the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy Z Flip5, Galaxy Z Fold5, Galaxy Tab S9 (5G) series, and Galaxy Tab S9 (Wi-Fi) series devices. Consumers can download the update by accessing the Galaxy App Store, then navigating to Menu and selecting the Updates option.
