The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Unity development, proficiency in C#, 3D Unity projects, and object-oriented programming.
A background in software engineering, Unity animations, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is preferred.
As Unity Team Leader, the successful applicant will provide technical leadership and project management for a team of Unity developers creating high-quality VR educational games.
They will collaborate across departments to define project scope, requirements, and timelines. The role demands strong leadership abilities to inspire and mentor team members while ensuring projects meet creative, educational, and delivery standards.
