Jeddah Central Development Company Concludes its Participation in Cityscape Global

Jeddah Central Development Company (JCDC), a wholly-owned company by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), and the master developer of Jeddah Central Development, successfully concluded its participation in the inaugural Cityscape Global 2023 exhibition as a foundation partner. The premier real estate event was held for the first time in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 10th to 13th September 2023 at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center.
JCDC showcased its commitment to sharing expertise, highlighting its destination Jeddah Central, and fostering connections with both local and international visitors. This participation aligns with the company’s vision and commitment to creating a vibrant destination, offering diverse investment opportunities, and enhancing the quality of life in Jeddah in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 ambitious objectives.
During Cityscape Global, which welcomed visitors from 170 different countries, more than 250 renowned speakers and 350 exhibitors. JCDC’s booth, covering an area of 865 square meters within the allocated 60,000 sqm exhibition space, showcased the four main landmarks of Jeddah Central: the Industrial Museum, the Opera House, the Sports Stadium, and the Oceanarium. Visitors were also treated to a virtual reality experience, offering a glimpse of the destination’s final look. Omar Al-Senayen, Chief of Staff at JCDC, delivered a keynote speech highlighting the story of the destination, its landmarks, and its role in enhancing the quality of life for its residents and visitors. Meanwhile, Wasim Fasih Aldin, Chief Financial Officer at JCDC, participated in a fireside chat, focusing on the unique investment opportunities the destination offers across various sectors, and the positive economic impact of giga projects on the Kingdom’s economy.
Commenting on the participation, Eng. Ahmed Al-Sulaim, Chief Executive Officer of JCDC, said: “the Cityscape Global exhibition provided a prime opportunity to shed light on Jeddah Central and engage directly with people from both within and outside the Kingdom. Our booth gained significant attention from exhibition attendees.”
