Samsung Electronics expands Zain KSA partnership to enhance capabilities and elevate the customer experience

Samsung Electronics is strengthening its partnership with Zain KSA to increase the availability of its mobile devices across all Zain KSA stores and online channels and to provide customers with the best market deals.
The two companies signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) outlining a joint business plan to expand their commercial and technical relationship in handheld products and new and existing Samsung mobile devices, as well as to determine the future course of action.
Samsung Electronics has evolved into a mobile technology leader with its smartphone and tablet lines, notably the Samsung Galaxy S23 series, proving a huge hit across market segments.
Zain KSA, the leading telecom and digital services provider, has invested in innovation to drive operational efficiency through a compelling suite of high-end digital solutions and services. Marking an outstanding milestone in 2019, Zain KSA rolled out the 5G network in Saudi Arabia and successfully charted a new phase of the digital future, thereby leading to a rapid increase in 5G adoption.
The agreement with Zain KSA allows the two businesses to recognize and integrate success factors across Zain KSA’s markets, enabling them to provide Samsung’s latest products, smartphones, and tablets in a timely and cost-effective manner.
