This new deal cements OSN’s position as the partner of choice for leading international studios and entertainment companies in the region and expands its first-class content portfolio with some of the world’s most sought-after titles.
The slate includes the highly anticipated BBC1/HBO Max, Stan and ZDF mini-series The Tourist, created by Emmy and Golden Globe-winning producer Two Brothers Pictures.Starring Jamie Dornan as The Man, this mystery drama follows Dornan’s character running away from a past he can’t remember as he wakes up in the middle of the Australian outback. The impressive cast joining Jamie Dornan includes Danielle Macdonald (Dumplin’, Unbelievable), Shalom Brune-Franklin (Line of Duty, Roadkill), Damon Herriman (Once Upon A Time… in Hollywood), Ólafur Darri Ólafsson (The Missing, The Widow) and Alex Dimitriades (Total Control, The Cry). The Tourist will launch exclusively on OSN the same day as it premieres on HBO MAX in the US.
Also featured is high octane thriller Trigger Point, from executive producer Jed Mercurio, the creator of Line of Duty, one of the biggest UK shows this century. The six part thriller is the debut series from screenwriter Daniel Brierley, and has recently been renewed for a second season. It follows bomb disposal expert Lana Washington, portrayed by Vicky McClure, and her partner Joel Nutkins – Adrian Lester, as they respond to bomb threats in the British capital. The new series is fully available on OSN Streaming app.
