PUBG MOBILE ARABIC EDITION CELEBRATES THIRD ANNIVERSARY WITH TRIPLE PLAY CELEBRATION
Al Riyadh, gulftech : PUBG MOBILE is celebrating the third anniversary of its Arabic-language version with a triple-play festival of PUBG MOBILE fun, featuring in-game events and giveaways; celebrity entertainment, musical surprises and artistic collaborations; and the return of the always popular PUBG MOBILE Star Challenge invitational Esports tournament.
Under the banner of ‘Color Your Winter’, PUBG MOBILE will mark the birthday of its highly-successful Arabic edition with a threefold action-packed calendar of real world and online content and competitions that are sure to delight and entertain fans of the world’s favourite mobile game.
Kicking-off from 6th December, Color Your Winter will see three separate in-game events to reward players of PUBG MOBILE with prizes and rewards. With Wish Points, players are able to unlock different Wishes on their Wish cards with various decorations. After sharing their wish cards with friends, players are eligible to draw from the corresponding reward pool.
Prizes will literally be falling from the skies in the game lobby, with the new limited-time Purple Airdrops, that will deliver random rewards, including the chance to win a real-world Liverpool FC Jersey, to continue the recent PUBG MOBILE x Liverpool Football Club tie-up. Millions of UC will also be up for grabs, with all players who spend UC during the specified time period going into a draw to be rewarded with even more bonus UC.
The threefold celebration continues in the real world, with three new celebrity collaborations adding to the all-star entertainment and music that PUBG MOBILE has become famous for among its Arabic-speaking fans.
The Celebrity Arena will see celebrities and MENA online personalities taking on real-life PUBG MOBILE squad challenges in three all new mini-series episodes, broadcasting from 3rd December on PUBG MOBILE’s YouTube channel. The challenges will see Tareq el Harbi leading his team of Areej, TM Faisal and Rakan Suleiman going up against Ahmad Sheriff’s squad of Darine Bayed, Dostor and Bode, to determine who is the best. Adding to the fun, as each episode of Celebrity Arena reaches new milestones in viewer numbers, special audience prizes will be unlocked.
To help players to get in the PUBG MOBILE party mood, a special Anniversary Theme Song –a new PUBG MOBILE-themed take on the classic Hala Bel Khamis – sung by the original artist Maan Bargouth – will be making its debut on PUBG MOBILE MENA social channels. And taking the party to the streets in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, will be a PUBG MOBILE collaboration with top graffiti artists, who will be creating surprise PUBG MOBILE-themed street art installations in two cities – keep an eye on the skyline to find out more.
Completing the triple-play anniversary celebrations will be the third Middle East edition of the PUBG MOBILE Star Challenge (PMSC), the top community Esports tournament for PUBG MOBILE in the region. PMSC Arabia will bring together celebrities and local influencer talent to go head-to-head with some of the best teams from across the region. With special prizes on offer for both players and viewers alike, PMSC Arabia is sure to bring Colour to the Winter months and help PUBG MOBILE fans to celebrate the thrills of three years of PUBG MOBILE’s Arabic edition from 16th to 19th December.
