Samsung relocates its regional call centerfrom Jordan to Saudi Arabia
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – gulftech: Samsung Electronics Saudi Arabia Ltd., relocated its call center from Amman, Jordan to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as part of Samsung’s investments and support initiatives in creating job opportunities in Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the new Saudization to regulations which localized remote customer service professions.
The call center will feature a Call Representative Lounge, meeting rooms, a dedicated Samsung Training Room, a cutting-edge Samsung device lab, and resting areas for male and female employees, respectively.
Hyung Bin Joo, Managing Director of Samsung Saudi, said: “In line with the
Saudi 2030 vision and Ministry of Human Resources regulations, the transfer of the Samsung Call Center aims to improve job opportunities for young Saudi men and women in customer service professions, as well as to create an appropriate and stimulating work environment for them in the private sector”.
Apart from assisting young Saudi men and women, Samsung will also contribute to
Saudization in the customer service profession, in accordance with the Kingdom’s
Vision 2030.
The new call center in Riyadh will be open seven days a week, 24 hours a day, and
